This is a concrete moisture meter using capacitance measurement method. NETIS registered product: TH-000001-VE
***Summary***
Concrete strength is generally measured by the compressive strength 28 days after pouring. However, even if it is deemed insufficient at that point, rework is practically impossible. Against this backdrop, there is a demand for measurement equipment that can quickly determine the water-cement ratio of fresh concrete (mortar) on-site.
Typically, the amount of cement in the water-cement ratio can be accurately understood from weighing records, but the water content must also consider the surface water adhered to aggregates and adjustments for slump compliance, making it extremely difficult to accurately grasp the unit water amount.
If moisture measurement of fresh concrete (mortar) is conducted at the time of construction and the unit water amount is determined, allowing for an accurate assessment of the water-cement ratio, such troubles can be avoided.
